Fraley also laments the departure of the star of his winter league dispatches, Wilfredo Boscan, who was sent to San Diego in exchange for Cory Burns. Boscan had some buzz a few years ago, when he was putting up great numbers in the lower minors at a very young age, but he's got limited stuff, and really, San Diego is the type of place where he could find some success, so this deal makes sense for both sides, I think.
