T.R. Sullivan has a story at the Rangers' website that just went up, which deals with the variety of moves the Rangers are looking at right now, but which also indicates a Michael Young trade could happen today:
The Rangers are ready to trade infielder Michael Young to the Phillies. Industry sources said the trade could finally go down on Saturday, ending Young's 12-year run with the Rangers that left him as the club's all-time leader in games played, at-bats, runs, hits, doubles and triples.
Sullivan says the Rangers are still pursuing both Josh Hamilton and Justin Upton, are still in on Zack Greinke, and that the Rangers would have to get permission from ownership to sign both Hamilton and Greinke.
