Derek Lane "Dutch Oven" Holland (born October 9, 1986, in Newark, Ohio) is a Major League Baseball left-handedstarting pitcher for the Texas Rangers. He is noted for his kid-like appearance. He was the #2 rated prospect in the organization according to Baseball America, behind Neftali Feliz, for 2009.[1] He is nicknamed the Dutch Oven.[2]
