Take target weight and divide by current weight. No one true metric is great, and body fat is too difficult to update so we’ll do it this way.

Not trying to steal off of the Fitocracy Group, but it doesn't allow us to track weight/BMI changes.
This group is for those who want to encourage each other to adjust their body weight and reduce their body fat percentage.
I'm proposing we start this Friday, April 13th, then track through LoseIt.com - which lets you track weight check-ins.
We'll be using an honor system, and the weight loss challenge will go until the end of May, at which point we will evaluate and determine a winner (group voted), of which I'll buy some sort of congratulatory t-shirt or some 300 level tickets to a Rangers game.
