Ninja Onigiri
Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball, typically with some kind of filling in the middle. It is a very popular food typically packed in bentos and picnics because it is portable, filling, a staple, and above all else, delicious. In fact, it is so popular that over the years, many different variations of the onigiri have been created. Another example of its popularity is its accessibility as it can be found in convenient stores, supermarkets, train stations, kiosks, etc. in Japan. While the most basic onigiri is characterized as a simple plain triangular shaped rice ball with a sheet of seaweed on the bottom, I decided to have fun and make that onigiri into a shinobi (ninja)!
