Some news on today's lineup from the Twittersphere:
#Rangers lineup does not include Michael Young or Nelson Cruz.

This makes sense. Nelson Cruz left yesterday's game with an Achilles tendon problem, is leading the team in games played, and hasn't exactly been tearing it up. Cruz sitting means David Murphy gets his first start of the series, and Craig Gentry, who has gotten on base 7 times in 9 plate appearances in the series, gets his third straight start in centerfield.
As for Michael Young, he's putting up just a .283/.311/.375 line on the year, including a .235/.266/.324 line against RHPs, meaning that Mitch Moreland (.277/.338/.518) is a better option both offensively and defensively against righty Giants starter Tim Lincecum.
