Its always something.

Today, per various reporters on Twitter, Josh Hamilton and Adrian Beltre are both out of the lineup. Hamilton, who left last night's game because of vision issues, is still having vision issues and is having his eyes checked. Beltre is having intestinal issues (and was plagued with them last night). Jeff Wilson says the Rangers are "hopeful" but not "optimistic" that the two will be back in the lineup tomorrow.

The lineup for tonight, with those two out:

Kinser -- 2B

Andrus -- SS

Young -- 3B

Cruz -- RF

Murphy -- LF

Napoli -- DH

Soto -- C

Gentry -- CF

Moreland -- 1B

Derek Holland is pitching.
