RANGERS in 2013 and beyond...

Hi everyone! I am a new user here and I am not sure about the rules so please be easy on me. I am a lifelong Rangers fan and I've been reading the blogs for a while and decided to make an account. So let me get straight to the point.

We know the Rangers have lost/gotten rid of (depending on how you look at it) Hamilton, Young, Napoli, Dempster, Koji, Adams, etc. All those are veteran aging players. It seems the Rangers are going young(ish) Let's say they keep Elvis, Profar, Kinsler and have an infield of Beltre, Evlis, Profar, and Kinsler in 2013 and in 2014. I believe the outfield should start with Martin in CF for 2013 and beyond as I believe he's a beast and will be a great player for us for years to come.

Next offseason, I believe Cruz, Murphy, Colby Lewis, and Nathan are all free agents. With the youth movement, who would you bring back from that class? Me personally, I'd let them all walk and hope the Rangers at some point in the next year can trade for Upton without offering Elvis. Maybe a an Olt and Perez package. Now you've got Upton in right with Martin in center. LF and C become your main positions to fill in 2014. So in 2014, the lineup will look something like this (give or take trades or FA signings)

CF- Martin

RF- Upton

LF- Moreland/Kinsler

1B- Kinsler/Moreland

2B- Profar

SS- Elvis

3B- Beltre

C- ?

DH- ?

Rotation

Yu

Holland

Harrison

Ogando

?

Closer

Feliz

Do you guys agree with continuing the youth movement while plugging in younger players or bigger free agent signings? Do you think we need to lock up any of the veterans who will be FA after 2013? What trades would you guys make this season if we are out of it come July?

Again, I am new and I would love to hear feedback. Hope you're all having a good new year. Looking forward to hearing from you, RANGERS NATION!
