Rangers send four to minor league camp

On the same day that the Rangers announced that Ben Rowen and Lisalverto Bonilla were coming over to the major league camp, the team has also announced that four players in the major league camp have been sent down to the minor league camp.

Righthanded pitchers Neil Ramirez and Justin Miller have been optioned, and Jake Brigham and Joey Butler -- neither of whom are on major league deals -- have been sent to the minor league camp.

None of the four were considered serious candidates for the Opening Day roster.
