Twenty years ago today, two Cleveland Indians pitchers -- Tim Crews and Steve Olin -- were killed in a boating accident on Little Lake Nellie. Pitcher Bob Ojeda was seriously injured in that accident, but survived.

I remember watching Sportscenter that night and having the anchors break in with the news. It was a tragic accident that reverberated around MLB.
