wOBA approach to fantasy scoring

I was curious what a H2H points fantasy scoring system would look like based on wOBA. I came up with something like this:

Stolen base: 0.5

Caught stealing: -1

Walk: 1.5

Single: 2.0

Double: 3.0

Triple: 4.0

Home run: 5.0

I based this on Fangraphs weights for wOBA in 2013, then inflated a bit so each half fantasy point equals .2 weight points. That way I could preserve the rough relationship between scoring values according to wOBA, since ESPN scores in half points only.

Question: I want to do a similar approach with pitching, but don't know where to begin. Is there some stat -- a good one -- that weights pitcher actions like walks, hits and strikeouts, such that I could assemble a raw value scale for each? My understanding is FIP and SIERA don't quite go there and operate mostly with stats that are not measured by traditional fantasy scoring systems.
