Saturday morning Rangers things

USA TODAY Sports

Saturday morning Rangers news and links

Morning, everybody.

Evan Grant's series analyzing the Ranger roster continues today with a look at Neftali Feliz.

T.R. Sullivan has a story at the Rangers website about the large amount of diversity the Rangers will have on their 25 man roster, with players from many different countries in the lineup.

The columnists from MLB.com offer their thoughts on what 2014 will hold.

Engel Beltre's winter league team, Licey, asked him to stick around for the playoffs because the team is short on outfielders, so Beltre is still playing winter ball.

And finally, Kevin Goldstein has been promoted by the Houston Astros to "Director of Professional Scouting."  Goldstein, of course, was at Baseball Prospectus for a number of years, and was a regular at the Newberg Nights at TBiA before he joined the Astros.
