Shin-Soo Choo left tonight's game in the 7th inning after turning his ankle trying to beat out an infield hit

Shin-Soo Choo injury:  Texas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo left tonight's game with the Oakland A's in the 7th inning after apparently turning his ankle while trying to beat out an infield hit.

Choo was initially called safe, but after the play was challenged by Oakland manager Bob Melvin, the call was reversed and Choo was called out.

Dana Larson reported on the broadcast that, after getting his ankle taped up, Choo started back out on the field for the bottom of the 7th, but immediately pulled up and returned to the dugout.

Michael Choice replaced Choo in left field.
