24-25 - Bottom of order too much for Detroit in Black Panthers' win

Go you Black Panthers - Leon Halip

With a big win, the Fort Worth Black Panthers secured at least a tie in this weekend four-game set with the Detroit Stars

Winning baseball games become pretty easy when the bottom of the order goes 8-11 with 8 RBI and a bunch of extra base hits. Kudos to Leonys Martin, Donnie Murphy, and Rougned Odor for piling on.

Tomorrow, at 12:08pm CDT, Texas goes for a series win over Detroit and the chance at .500 ball again.

Player of the Game: Hard to pick between Roogie and Nick Martinez. Odor became the youngest player to hit two triples in a game since 1978 and the first No. 9 hitter to hit two triples with five or more RBI in the same game in baseball history. Nick Martinez picked up his first big league win while shutting down an elite Detroit offense.
