First off, here's your damn poll.
Associated Press Top 25 |
1. Florida State (57) |
2. Alabama (1) |
3. Oregon (1) |
4. Oklahoma (1) |
5. Ohio State |
6. Auburn |
7. UCLA |
8. Michigan State |
9. South Carolina |
10. Baylor |
11. Stanford |
12. Georgia |
13. LSU |
14. Wisconsin |
15. Southern California |
16. Clemson |
17. Notre Dame |
18. Ole Miss |
19. Arizona State |
20. Kansas State |
21. Texas A&M |
22. Nebraska |
23. North Carolina |
24. Missouri |
25. Washington If you're counting at home, that's 8 SEC teams in the top 25 to start off the year. The more things change.... I'm starting to buy in to the Wisconsin hype. No Spartan, Wolverine, or Buckeye on their schedule. If, and it's a big if, they could "upset" LSU in Houston, they might have a free ride to the B1G Championship and a final four berth. 6 Pac-12 teams in the top 25 - 2nd most behind the SEC. Are they officially the 2nd best conference in the nation this season? That's a QB HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAVY league there, bruthas. Notre Dame's ranking may seem high, but a little reminder, the voting took place before the news went down about those four players last Friday. Since we now know the early top ten, I thought I'd plug Mr. Connelly's bit one last time. Each day this week, in the comments, I'll link the team associated with that ranking. Today's team, obviously, will be Aqua, Pras, and many other's pride and joy - The Baylor Bears. That's all I've got for now. I've got a cup of coffee, the day off, and god awful Skip Bayless ringing in my ear. Rec it Ralph. Rabble on. |
