Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, released as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in Europe, and Gekikame Ninja Den (激亀忍者伝?, "Fierce Turtle Ninja Legend") in Japan, is a 1989 platform game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game was developed by Konami and originally released in Japan through Konami themselves, then in North America through Konami's Ultra Games imprint, followed by a release through the European equivalent, Palcom Software, in PAL regions.

This was the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video game, and is based on the 1987 TV series, which was in its third season at the time of the game's original release, although the art style more resembles the original comic series. The game was ported to various home computer platforms in 1990; the original NES version was ported to Nintendo's PlayChoice-10 arcade system in 1991, and the Wii's Virtual Console service in 2007. It was taken off theWii Shop Channel on January 26, 2012.

This is a post I'm writing because no one else will or can, but there should be a LSB Frisco meet up at some point this summer because Frisco is cool, LSB is mostly cool, and minor league tickets are cheaper than major league ones.

The San Antonio Rampage are an ice hockey team in the American Hockey League based in San Antonio, Texas. They are the top affiliate of the Florida Panthers of the NHL. The Rampage is owned by the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA, who purchased a dormant NHL franchise with the NHL's Panthers and moved it to San Antonio. The Rampage plays in the AT&T Center in San Antonio, the same arena as the Spurs.

In 2000, construction began on the SBC Center, located next to the Freeman Coliseum, home of the Central Hockey League's San Antonio Iguanas. Partnering with the Florida Panthers, the Spurs bought the dormant Adirondack Red Wings franchise and moved it to San Antonio.[1] Local investment for the Iguanas quickly dried up, and the Iguanas folded.

Originally, the team was nicknamed the "San Antonio Stampede." However, when a local semipro football team objected, the name was quickly changed to the "Rampage."[2]

On June 30, 2005 Spurs Sports & Entertainment purchased the Panthers' interest in the franchise, assuming sole ownership of the AHL club. They also entered a multi-year affiliation agreement with the Phoenix Coyotes. [1]

On September 7, 2006 The Rampage unveiled their new uniforms with the official colors now being black, white and silver (the same motif used by the Spurs, as well as other Spurs-owned teams). While the primary and secondary logos remain the same, the crest of the jerseys will now reflect just the bull’s head giving it a more sleek look.

On 11 April 2007, the Coyotes announced that it had fired Rampage general manager Laurence Gilman, who had been with the Coyotes organization for 13 years.[2]

On November 23, 2009, the Phoenix Coyotes fired Greg Ireland. He was replaced by assistant coach Ray Edwards; Mike Pelino was named assistant coach. Ray Edwards was officially named head coach of the San Antonio Rampage prior to the 2010–11 season.

Darvish was born in Habikino, Osaka, to an Iranian father, Farsad Darvishsefat, and a Japanese mother, Ikuyo.[4] His parents met at Eckerd College, a liberal arts school in St. Petersburg, Florida, where his father played for the college soccer team.[5][6] His grandfather owned a travel agency in Iran, and decided to send his son Farsad to the United States in 1977 to attend high school in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, where he also raced competitively in motocross.

Yu Darvish began playing baseball in second grade and led his team to the quarter-finals of the national tournament as well as a third-place finish in the international tournament as a member of the Habikino Boys. He was scouted by over 50 high schools while in junior high. He opted to attend Tohoku High School in northern Sendai, a noted baseball powerhouse that produced players such as former Seattle Mariners and Yokohama BayStars closer Kazuhiro Sasaki and former Arizona Diamondbacks reliever Takashi Saito.

Samuli Laiho (born 1969 in Tampere) is a Finnish guitarist.

Biography

He started playing guitar at the age of 6. After classical studies, he got his first electric guitar at the age of 12. When he was seventeen, he made his first album with an alternative band called Hearthill in 1988. The band made five albums, played five 500 gigs around Europe, and toured the United States twice.

The band split up in 1993, and Laiho began studying composition. He earned his living by composing musicals and music for the theater. He obtained a master of arts degree from the Finnish Theatre Academy composing and conductor class in 1998.

Samuli moved back to pop music in 2001. He wrote five songs for singer Samuli Edelmann. The album on which they were included sold Platinum, and the first single was a number one airplay hit in Finland. He wrote several other number one songs, with gold status in Finland. In 2002 he wrote the music for the film The Handcuff King,[1] and in 2007 for the television program Jungle of Dreams.[2] He was signed to Warner Chappell Scandinavia in 2008.

Samuli started a collaboration with DJ Slow in 2009. He has since written and produced material with him for television, movies, commercials, and popular music. In the first half of 2011, he will premiere two feature film scores written with DJ Slow, VARES Pahan suudelma and VARES Huhtikuun Tytöt.[3]

Gallo now has 10 homers, and Hickory (I believe) leads all of professional baseball with 53 total home runs. They also lead their league in strikeouts, with 364 Ks. So far you've not been able to see 'Teen in Round Rock, but that's because he's in Frisco. His first start was good, his second was...not so great. Actually, it was kinda bad. I should have talked about Robinson Chirinos, because he's starting for the big league club tonight, with AJ Pierzynski on the DL.
