Kansas City, MO (Sports Network) - Wednesday night's game between the Oakland Athletics and Kansas City Royals was postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, starting at 5:10 p.m. (et). The second game will follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Dana Eveland (8-8) will pitch the opener for Oakland against Brian Bannister (7-14).
