who was

the mexican(hispanic?) broadcaster who filled in on the Ticket some 3 or so years ago and gave the hot sports opinion that the Rangers organization discriminates against hispanic players.

If that was him he is a complete douchebag.

That guy did the spanish radio broadcast for the Rangers.

It was a failed bit for the Rangers. He was awful. About as bad as the guy that Reiner asked "Who the hell are you?" and then gave him a countdown.

the guy....

that got the countdown from reiner is none other than pete stein. He still does diamiond talk with fall friedo.

Curiously enough I was on an adult tennis team with Pete before his stint on the Ticket. Nice enough fella.

The countdown was funny, but reiner has seen his better days....at what age will it no longer be funny to listen to him talk about chicks boobs.

It seems like as he gets older he may need to find another bit. At some point it will seize to be funny and start being gross. I think that point is now, considering when he oogles over some chicks boobs the girl is probably the age of his daughter.

FWIW- I think the Ticket begins and end with BaD Radio, sans Donovan. Bob and Dan have never been able to find that perfect 3rd wheel(rick arnett, tom, and now donny doo)

FWIW II- I also loved me some Rocco Pendola. I know I was the only one but damn I thought he had something.

the worst thing

is that now lewin says it. I've noticed that lewin has taken on a number of grieve's mannerisms. Don't get me wrong, I love Grieve, but when Lewin says "that was a really good play right there boy," that is pretty damn annoying

It isn't work making another diary, but Teix has already hit 2 more home runs today (through 4 innings).

That brings him up to 9 home runs and 25 rbi's for Atlanta.

I can't tell if this is his usual second half surge or if he was just not trying when he was here. Either way, it's depressing.
