Sullivan on Broussard
I was out for most of the day and didn't get to post on this piece from mid-morning, but if you haven't taken a look at it yet, it's an interesting look at Ben Broussard. He is definitely not a fan of bench time.

It was a good read
"The Mariners trading me to Texas was one of the classiest things I've ever seen in baseball," Broussard said. "They could have traded me somewhere else. They could have traded me to a National League team, where I would have been a bench player, a role player or a pinch-hitter.
"But they traded me to Texas, even though it was within the division, we play 19 times a year and I'll be out there trying to do everything I can to beat them. It was a classy move on their part."
Never mind
Ffffffffffffffffffffffff
LOL
"But they traded me to Texas, even though it was within the division....
Yeah, they traded you to one of the crappiest teams in baseball that they feel no threat from.

I keep hearing that...
Perhaps it is in the NFL/Cowboys threads. I rarely read those because the Cowboys don't interest me and it seems like half the posts are from him anyway. Either way, I have yet to see anything he has posted that could not be dismissed immediately.
Sharky
And the mariners...
that registers pretty high on the ..
and close to his family. And the Mariners did do the right thing by him, so let it be grandpa bonenuts.

Hey guys...
Now, about Broussard: it's nice to see a guy that actually wants to play for us for a change - you gotta appreciate the attitude. But I hate to think what he'll say if he's still here when Chris Davis arrives and displaces him at 1st base in a year or so.
