Well folks it's finally over. There won't be anymore going to bed pissed off, throwing shit at the tv, crying, watching Matt Harrison cry, heavy drinking, or yelling  "Wash you are a moron!"  or any of the other lovely things that go along with being a Rangers fan ....at least until April.  Now that your nerve endings have begun to heal we must commend those who put in the extra effort to make the GDT's a more enjoyable place to hang. IMHO I could not help but notice the fine work of the following individuals...the "graphics masters" who shocked and awed us with image brillance from game 1 on ...

It has been reported by the New York Times that New York Governor Elliot Sptizer has been involved in a prostitution ring.  Wow now that's big news especially for New Yorkers. How on earth did a Governor get involved in that? He has told his top officials that it is true, he's a married man with children and has even gone so far as to go after prostitution rings previously as attorney general.

When he announced his retirement last week, Brett Favre broke down in tears. This has a ridiculous blond from Fox (Laura Ingraham) questioning him.

Said Ingraham "Even these big hulky, strong impressive men today are in a situation where they break down blubbering for like 20 minutes at a retirement news conference. And women overwhelmingly calling into my show, "we really like Brett Favre but enough with the waterworks, I mean the sobs they never stopped." she is running a poll on her website asking "Did Brett Favre embarass himself by crying at his press conference?"

Personally I thought it was endearing. He was with the Packers all those years. They were like family to him and they meant a lot to him. Who cares if he gets emotional at a news conference. It makes him no less of a man IMO. What say you?

The hotel Monte Carlo is engulfed in flames starting at the uppermost floors. It's not looking good at the moment. Given that the bldg is 34 stories I hope id doesn't come tumbling down like one of the twin towers. So far no word if anyone has been hurt yet. I'm going to Vegas on Tuesday I hope the bldg is still standing then.

OK this is what I refer to as religious nut jobs.
Spreading hate in the name of God. Of course this is only a minute fraction of those religious. But can you believe such venom over the death of this highly talented actor?

So now 2 weeks after the Mitchell Report Roger Clemens is finally speaking out on his steroid accusations. To prove that he's innocent he will be drilled by Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes in the coming weeks. If I were Roger Clemens and wanted to put these so called rumors to rest I'd of been strapped up to that polygraph about 2 weeks ago.
End of story!
It will be interesting to see what his answer will be if Mike Wallace brings up taking a polygraph. That will be the moment of truth. So if he were to say no to the polygraph or not pass it should be be allowed into the hall of fame? I say strap all the probable violators up.. guys like Bonds, Clemens, Sosa etc.. If they pass then hall of fame consideration if not then hall of shame.
