Baseball America's Texas League Top 20 is out today...
The Rangers had a strong showing there, with Thomas Diamond coming in at #4, Edison Volquez at #5, John Danks at #11, and Joaquin Arias at #12.
The most interesting thing was seeing Diamond ranked the highest of the DVD trio. According to BA, Diamond had command problems after his promotion due to inconsistent mechanics. That's something that would seem to be fixable, so hopefully we'll see Diamond back on track come 2006.
On the "bad news" side, Anaheim had five of the top 20, including #1 prospect Howie Kendrick and #2 prospect Erick Aybar, while Oakland had four of the top 20, including #3 prospect Daric Barton.
