The Rangers have recalled Ricardo Rodriguez, designating Andres Torres for assignment to make room for him.
In addition, they have put Joaquin Benoit -- who apparently was having elbow problems (uh-oh) in the bullpen last tonight -- on the d.l., and purchased the contract of John Wasdin to make room for him.
