More Clemens stuff...

Galloway has a piece today on the Clemens rumors, saying that Drayton McLane's worst nightmare is Roger going and asking for a trade to Texas, and suggesting that the Astros' asking price wouldn't be prospects, but instead would be Hank Blalock or Kevin Mench.

The Houston Chronicle's Richard Justice has a similar take, indicating that Drayton McLane would rather have Clemens go anywhere else but Texas.

Meanwhile, Gerry Fraley says the Rangers should make a deal for the Rocket, while his associate at the DMN, Tim Cowlishaw, says be patient and don't give up prospects for Clemens...

Kind of nice to see the Rangers in the midst of a story like this, where they are the team that the stud player wants to join, rather than the team that is trying to move its star...
