Bruce is a toolsy high school outfielder out of Beaumont, the type of high-ceiling guy that the new drafting regime appears to want to target...
Wouldn't be a bad pick at all there...
Update [2005-6-5 16:51:23 by Adam J. Morris]: -- In the mock draft, Craig Italiano goes in the 2nd round... Another value pick...BA has him as the 52nd ranked player in the draft. And he's another Texas prep player, a high school pitcher out of Flower Mound who can bring it, getting it up in the 97-98 mph range.
