You're the g.m. -- trade deadline edition

Okay, folks...

It is 5 minutes until midnight on the day of the trade deadline. You've been soliciting offers for Soriano, negotiating all day, and you now have the following offers on the table:

Mets -- Lastings Milledge and Victor Diaz for Soriano

Twins -- Kyle Lohse and Jesse Crain for Soriano

Yankees -- Robinson Cano and Philip Hughes for Soriano and Matthews

Astros -- Chris Burke and Ezequiel Astacio for Soriano

The clock is ticking, and you don't have any more time for any further negotiations with the teams or any counter-proposals. You can either accept one of these deals, or stand pat and not trade Soriano.

What do you do, and why?
