Soriano trade rumor roundup

Okay, I'm not going to link each and every article...there are too many out there, and most have nothing new to say...

But to summarize...the New York papers are saying that the Cubs are a more likely destination for Soriano, although the Newark Star-Ledger says that the Cubs think the Mets will end up with Soriano and Gonzalez in exchange for Milledge, Cameron and a pitcher.

The Chicago papers, meanwhile, all are indicating that Cubs G.M. Jim Hendry is kicking the tires on Soriano.

In addition, Torii Hunter is now out 4-6 weeks with a torn ankle ligament suffered in a collision with the outfield wall yesterday, which would seem to increase the Twins' urgency in adding a big bat, like Soriano, to their lineup.
