Dayn Perry on the Rangers

Dayn Perry analyzes the 2006 Rangers...

Pretty solid analysis, although he says the Rangers probably haven't improved enough to finish higher than third in 2006...

And he indulged in one of my big pet peeves, as well:

It's all in an effort to make the sometimes quantum leap from respectable outfit to board-certified contender.

A quantum leap is not a big jump, as he (along with most other folks) seems to use the phrase. A quantum leap is a very tiny jump by an electron from one orbit to another without ever occupying the space in between the two orbits. It is an incredibly small leap, not a large one.

Anyway...despite that, good article by Perry.
