The Cubs and Giants are both going to have managerial changes, with Dusty Baker and Felipe Alou both now in the managerial pool.
I'm expecting Joe Girardi and Buck Showalter to join their ranks shortly.
And if Showalter is gone, I don't expect Girardi, Baker or Alou to replace him.
Given the makeup of this team, I'm thinking we'll see a low-key "players manager", probably a first-time manager. Someone like DeMarlo Hale, Trey Hillman or even Tom Grieve.
