T.R. Sullivan has a new mailbag column up...
A lot of interesting stuff...he says that he doesn't see the Rangers trading Mark Teixeira unless it is in a blockbuster-type deal with three or four good young players coming back. That is good.
He also has a question from a fan who wants to know if the Rangers might trade Teixeira or Hank Blalock to make room for Nate Gold (short answer, of course, being no) and runs through the list of potential free agent pitching targets the Rangers could sort through this offseason.
Finally, Sullivan also has this to say about Brad Wilkerson:
The Rangers plan on him being in their lineup, either as the left fielder or the designated hitter. He had surgery on his shoulder and is expected to be ready for Spring Training. He is definitely in their plans.
