There was a report earlier today that Manny Acta had withdrawn his name from consideration for the Oakland A's managerial job.
Now, Ken Rosenthal is reporting that Acta is being hired as manager by the Washington Nationals.
Good hire by Washington...he and Trey Hillman were the two guys I liked the most among the managerial candidates the Rangers interviewed.
