Mark DeRosa has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Chicago Cubs, for 3 years, $13 million.
About six weeks ago, I opined on DeRosa, and said that, at that price, the Rangers were better off letting him walk. Rather than re-hash my thoughts, I'd just direct you to that article.
Congrats to DeRosa, who should be the Cubs' starting second baseman next year.
