Teixeira

Mark Teixeira's struggles from the right side last year are the subject of a piece in the DMN today...

Historically, Teixeira has hammered lefties, but last year struggled against them, with Evan Grant saying that "early last year, he fell into a habit of 'swinging uphill' against lefties."

Kat O'Brien has a write-up on the Rangers crowded outfield situation, speculating that a good spring from Durazo and Nevin could lead to an outfielder getting dealt. Personally, I think an outfield of Dellucci, Wilkerson and Mench, with Durazo at DH, GMJ as the 4th outfielder and Nix in AAA, is the best way to go.
