Despite fears that Ryan Drese was likely going to have to undergo Tommy John surgery, it was determined today that Drese has a "flexor tendon strain" in his elbow, and won't need surgery.
Of course, you still have to question whether he'll be any good this season, but at least it looks like he'll be back on the mound for the Nationals this summer.
