The Twins have optioned Kyle Lohse to AAA...
Lohse, of course, isn't real good, was supposedly offered (along with J.C. Romero and "a pitching prospect other than Scott Baker or Francisco Liriano") to the Rangers last summer for Alfonso Soriano (a deal which I said the Rangers should have taken, not because Lohse or Romero are any good, but because I wrongly thought no better off would be out there for Soriano this past winter), and did a pretty good job handling the Rangers a week ago today...
In any case, he's been banished to the minors...
