I've ignored most Clemens stuff, because I don't think the Rangers are a legitimate contender for him.
But I thought this was worth noting...Richard Justice says the Astros have offered Clemens $20 million for 5 months...
I don't know where Clemens will be pitching this year, but it won't be for the Rangers...
