A report out of Philly has the Rangers interested in Cory Lidle, while the Kansas City Star has the Rangers interested in Mark Redman.
Kat O'Brien notes that the bullpen has been strong for Texas, with the pen's 3.86 ERA being fifth in the A.L. O'Brien also says there is interest in Bryan Corey, and the Rangers may trade him rather than waive him...
O'Brien also has a piece on the general mediocrity of the Rangers this year, saying that that isn't going to get the Rangers into the playoffs...
