Fraley: Draft pitchers

Gerry Fraley takes the Rangers to task for not developing pitching, and says that the Rangers blew it by drafting positional players instead of pitchers with their first two picks of the 2005 draft.

Given that the system has a lot of pitchers, and very little in the way of positional players, I don't see that it makes a ton of sense to be drafting nothing but pitchers with the team's top picks.
