Some kid up in Washington got kicked off his high school baseball team for having a beer on a school trip.
And as a result, he's suing for $1 million, claiming that getting kicked off cost him a major league contract.
Given that a Google search of baseballamerica.com doesn't turn up this kid's name, I have a real hard time believing that getting kicked off the team did anything to his professional career opportunities.
If you are good, after all, you'll get drafted, even if you get kicked off the team.
Or you can go play for one of the hundreds of college programs that are out there.
What a crybaby.
