Pedro Martinez has apparently undergone rotator cuff surgery, and will be out until at least June, 2007.
Bad break for the Mets, bad break for Pedro...rotator cuff surgery is one of those things that guys oftentimes never really come back from, so Martinez could be done as a top-flight pitcher.
