From the San Diego Union-Tribune:
New Padres second baseman Marcus Giles was handcuffed, detained and escorted from Qualcomm Stadium during Sunday's Chargers playoff game after getting involved in a fight on the stadium's club level, according to police.
Getting in a fight at a football stadium is pretty impressive, even if it is a fight on the hoity-toity club level.
Although he loses points for it being in San Diego...now, if he'd gotten into a fight at, say, a Raider game, I'd be really impressed...
I'm thinking that the very image-conscious, good-character Atlanta Braves are probably glad this happened after they let Giles go...
