Super Bowl Sunday stuff

New, comments

There's that football game today, so not surprisingly, there's not a lot of baseball stuff in the newspapers...

Jim Reeves' Postcards from the Ledge leads off with Reeves' take on Ron Washington, and how Washington is a different type of manager than anyone the Rangers have had before.

Also includes a quote from Hank Blalock about where Blalock would prefer to hit in the lineup, with Blalock saying that he trusts Washington to set the team up with whatever will make them most likely to succeed.

And the Pittsburgh Pirates signed former Ranger Danny Kolb to a minor league deal.
