The Rangers have called up Scott Feldman to take the roster spot of Vicente Padilla, who has been put on the disabled list.
I'm guessing that this is a one-day promotion...Padilla's spot in the rotation is tomorrow, and Feldman probably heads back down then, with John Koronka coming up to take his place.
