Richard Durrett talks about Frisco righty Kea Kometani's move to the bullpen, which seems to have put him back on the prospect map. Kometani had an ERA below 2 as a reliever before an awful outing this past week, where he allowed 4 runs in 2/3 of an inning.
Chris Davis went 4 for 5 with 2 homers last night, sending his line on the season to .314/.356/.595, and extending his hitting streak to 31 games. Something to keep in mind...he turned 21 in March, making him younger than most of the college players selected in the June 2007 draft, and also younger than K.C. Herren.
Taylor Teagarden is up to .317/.458/.589 on the season.
Oh, and some guy named Jason Botts is hitting .320/.430/.560 for Oklahoma.
