Ian Kinsler has been placed on the disabled list due to a stress fracture in his foot, and is supposed to be out about three weeks.
Sigh. This has not been the way I wanted Ian Kinsler's season to go.
And also from the DMN blog, Evan Grant offers his thoughts on the all star selections. I agree with him on the A.L. catcher...there were several much better options than Pudge Rodriguez, who is no longer an All Star caliber player.
