Wes Littleton will take Rob Tejeda's spot on the roster, presumably until Tejeda is needed again after the All-Star Break. The Rangers haven't released their rotation for after the break, at least other than Wright starting on the 13th, but they can move Tejeda back to fifth with no problem if they choose. That would put his spot in the rotation at the 17th.
Update [2007-7-7 20:23:59 by zywica]:AP, via DMN, says that Tejeda won't be making a start during his down time, but will be throwing for Mark Connor and Dom Chiti. They also confirm that he will make his next start on July 17.
