T.R. Sullivan has a new mailbag column up...
Some talk about the Orioles feeling the Rangers didn't match up well with them on an Erik Bedard trade -- I'm guessing that the Orioles wanted a young centerfielder, or outfielder, at least, and the Rangers had nothing to offer on that front.
Also suggestions of signing Mike Sweeney, or bringing back Sammy Sosa as the full-time DH (which Sullivan demurs on, despite praising him for his "terrific" 2007), along with discussions on Laird's future and why the Rangers don't just give Taylor Teagarden or Max Ramirez the starting catcher job now.
