In a move to get some fresh arms for the pen, Guillermo Moscoso has been recalled, and Esteban German is going on the disabled list.
German was going to be bumped when Nelson Cruz came off the d.l. later this week anyway, so this move lets the Rangers get a fresh arm for the pen for a couple of days, and lets them bring German back in September when the rosters expand a couple of days earlier.
