T.R. Sullivan has an update on the Colby Lewis situation. Per Sullivan, the Rangers and Lewis have "a general understanding" on the parameters of a two year deal, and Lewis wants to come back to the Rangers to pitch again.
Sullivan also mentions that the 40 man roster being full is an issue, particularly since Khalil Greene needs to be added, but given that Joaquin Arias and Luis Mendoza are both out of options and appear to have little future here, it seems like the question is simply whether the Rangers are going to be able to find a deal for those two guys, or if they'll put them on waivers (although Joe Inglett ending up on the waiver wire is certainly a possibility, as well).
