Evan Grant has a blog post up about Brandon McCarthy's option status this morning, and another one discussing whether the Angels got a better deal with Joel Pineiro than the Rangers did with Colby Lewis.
T.R. Sullivan has a story up about Ron Washington being fired up about the Rangers' moves this offseason.
Sullivan also has a blog post saying that the deal on ownership could come down on Friday, and the folks involved seem to be comfortable with where things are.
