Tuesday morning Rangers stuff

It's a twitter edition of the roundup this morning. First off, Maury Brown, in response to his piece late last night about a hitch in the Rangers sale transaction, tweets this morning that claims from the inside are that this is not a big concern for them.

Anthony Andro is at the Rangers pitching minicamp and has a few updates on some of the young guys throwing today

Buster Olney has a column up on "fixing" the baseball draft. While there are a lot of interests to be catered to here, I think that the slotting concept is key to any productive change in the draft or to promote competitive balance.

And Tracy Ringolsby discusses the other issue that faces baseball in regard to the draft: international players like Aroldis Chapman receiving larger signing bonuses and contracts than equivalent drafted players.
